Author Biography and Bibliography

Apart from a four-month stint in New York City and six weeks in Seattle for the Clarion West workshop, Daniel Abraham has lived in New Mexico his entire life. He has a BS in Biology from the University of New Mexico and as part of his coursework has made DNA from scratch. He presently works as the Director of Technical Support at a local internet service provider during the day and writes at night. When his schedule allows, he also volunteers with Healthcare of the Homeless.

Since 1996, he has published almost twenty short stories, novelettes, and novellas, including collaborations with Gardner Dozois, George RR Martin, Walter Jon Williams, Sage Walker, Michaela Roessner, and Susan Fry. In addition to his short works, he has written novels (including one being published shortly), comic book scripts, and screenplays.

He lives with his wife and three dogs and enough books to last him until death, even if he lives to be very, very old.
